Our History

The Jeffords Insurance Agency was founded by Sonny Jeffords in 1957. In 1985 Bill Reynolds Jr. joined the firm. In 1990 Bill purchased the Jeffords Agency and formed Reynolds-Jeffords Insurance. Through several mergers and acqusitions Reynolds-Jeffords has continued to grow and expand its operations. Currently, we serve clients here in the Southwest GA area, as well as many other areas of the state, and parts of Florida. Bill Reynolds is the owner and principal agent of Reynolds-Jeffords. A graduate of Auburn University, Bill has over 30 years experience in all areas of insurance.

Our Staff

Bill Reynolds- A licensed Agent and owner.

Bobbi Pollock- A licensed agent who handles personal lines, commercial lines, and life insurance.

Mandy Hayman- The friendly face you see when you walk in the door. She will help you get your payment made and assist you with any questions you may have.
